I was born and raised on Long Island and have been proud to call Smithtown my home for the past 13 years. As the husband of Jennifer, a dedicated Smithtown educator, and father to twin girls attending Smithtown Schools, I'm deeply invested in our community's educational excellence. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, I've balanced my professional career while actively volunteering as both a soccer and Little League coach. My commitment to education extends beyond parenting—I regularly attend Smithtown Central School District Board of Education, instructional, and policy meetings, serve as a PTA council delegate at our elementary school where I've chaired and volunteered for numerous events, act as a site-based team alternate, and have served as a class parent, working to strengthen the connection between families and our school community.

As a project manager for a prominent Long Island real estate developer and general contractor, I oversee multi-million dollar residential and commercial projects with precision and dedication. My extensive experience includes managing budgets exceeding $70,000,000 and navigating complex contract negotiations to ensure optimal outcomes for all stakeholders. My detail-oriented approach and results-driven mindset have been keystones of my professional success, allowing me to consistently deliver projects on time and within budget constraints. I take pride in my membership with the Long Island Builders Institute, where I stay connected with industry leaders and remain at the forefront of construction and development trends that shape our region's landscape.

As your school board member, I will be focused on what really matters:

  • Creating future-ready learning environments by championing and overseeing safe, secure, modernized facilities with the essential technology and infrastructure our students need for success, while responsibly managing resources to protect taxpayer investments.

  • Building bridges with our community by fostering open communication channels where parents, educators, and administrators can share perspectives and collaborate effectively to guide our district's vision, policies and priorities.

  • Unlocking every student's academic excellence by supporting individualized instruction methods and allocating resources strategically to meet each learner where they are, implementing proven educational strategies that respond effectively to our diverse range of students.

  • Safeguarding community investments and household budgets through prudent financial oversight and thoughtful long-term planning that delivers educational quality while maintaining responsible tax rates.

I bring a unique perspective as both a parent in the district and spouse of a district educator, combined with my professional experience in the construction industry private sector—bridging educational needs with practical fiscal and facilities management.Together, we can continue to elevate the Smithtown school district by ensuring our students and faculty receive all necessary resources for exceptional achievement, while implementing fiscally responsible practices that respect and protect our taxpayers' financial well-being.
